Can I take these alongside prescription medicine?

Some can interact — iron with thyroid medicine, magnesium with certain antibiotics, omega-3 with blood thinners. Show the goal card in your box to your GP or pharmacist before you start; every product page lists the full ingredients and doses.

Are the capsules vegan?

Yes. Capsules are plant cellulose, the omega-3 comes from algae rather than fish, and the gummies set with pectin, not gelatine. D3 is from lichen.

What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please talk to your midwife or GP first. Hotfoot packs are formulated for adults who are not pregnant; we will happily email you the full ingredient list to take to an appointment.

How are the sachets sealed and how long do they keep?

Each sachet is heat-sealed in a paper-and-plant-film laminate with a 12-month best-before printed on the strip. Keep the roll below 30 °C, out of a hot car.

When does a sold-out product come back?

We print the back-in date on the card. Cherry Recovery Gummies return on 4 November; press “Email me on 4 Nov” and you get one email the morning they are back.

Can I order a single product without a subscription?

Every bottle, tube and box on this page is a one-off purchase. Only the Daily Pack repeats, and you can make that one-off too.
