Where is my box?

Boxes are packed on Mondays and leave by 3 pm. You get an Australia Post tracking link by SMS that evening; standard post takes 2–4 business days to metro areas and 3–6 to regional addresses.

How much is delivery?

Standard is $7.95, free on orders over $60. Express is $12.95 and arrives the next business day in most capitals if you order by 1 pm Monday. Pick-up from 18 Belmore Lane, Wollongong is free.

Do you post outside Australia?

Not yet. New Zealand is next — leave your email in the form below and pick “Something else” as the topic.

How do I skip, pause or cancel the Daily Pack?

Three days before each Monday packing we email your mix. The email has Skip, Pause and Cancel buttons; there is no phone call and no exit survey.

Can I return an opened product?

Your first Daily Pack, yes — within 30 days, even opened. Everything else comes back sealed within 30 days. We email a prepaid Australia Post label and refund the day it is scanned.

A capsule is damaged or a sachet is empty

Send a photo with the form below. We post a replacement roll the same week and you keep the rest of the pack.

Is it safe with my medication?

Some ingredients interact with blood thinners, thyroid medicine and some antibiotics. Show the goal card in your box to your GP or pharmacist before starting.

Can I see the lab report for my batch?

Yes. The batch number is printed on the end of your sachet strip. Put it in the form with the topic “Batch report” and we email the PDF.

Can I change the address for my next box?

Any time before Sunday midnight. Reply to the packing email or use the form, and include your order number.
